Thank you for visiting our website. Please feel free to reach out to us for information regarding placing an order for beef. We have a minimum of 10 pounds per order and all orders under 100 pounds are pickup only. If we are out and around we can work with you regarding your order.
As of right now, we do not ship our products. They are available for pickup in Geneva or Longwood with appropriate notice. Our minimum purchase is $70 to get everything ready for you to pick up.
At JS2 Cattle, we proudly take cash, zelle, and credit cards (with convenience fee). Checks can be used to place a deposit for a quarter, half, or whole steer.
Sometimes there are delays in getting some of our products. Ground beef is something that we try and have available all the time. Steaks and Brisket sell out very fast normally, but we will have waiting lists if necessary. It should be helpful for you to know that nearly 50% of the beef from a cow is normally hamburger, so there is a lot more burger than all of the other cuts, and we have to sell all of it.
