These steaks are grouped together as there are not often many of these per animal. There are only 2 Flank and Skirt steaks per cow and only 4 Hanger and Flat Iron steaks per cow.
They are unique steaks that are great for grilling, cutting up for fajitas, or marinating. Personally these are some of my favorite steaks from the cow!
